Another Friday, another round-up. As always this is a look at upcoming releases, relevant music news and upcoming events and gigs worth spending some of your time at. It is by no means an exhaustive list, and I’m always on the lookout for more to include.

New and Upcoming Releases this week
A few things of interest this week.
The big release is from CHVRCHES, who release their much-anticipated third album Love Is Dead. Elsewhere, Le Mystère des Voix Bulgares return with their first new album in two decades, and it features none other than Lisa Gerrard. The album is BooCheeMish. Italian post-punk band Ash Code return with Perspektive, too.
While I have to confess I didn’t realise Shriekback were still a thing, but their new album Why Anything? Why This? is out today, and you can hear the whole thing here.
In new, upcoming releases, Nuclear Sun release The Cleansing on 01-July, there is a new Rhys Fulber album and a Clutch album coming, and Phantogram have released a new single for a great cause.
