there’s no denying the sensation to move your body to the beat.

we welcome you to Halloween, and the finale to our trilogy…
Schism Rock Club cordially invites you to what is traditionally our BIGGEST event of the year! With this year being no exception, as we intend to depart the month of Spooktober and go into the realms of the firework season with an almighty BANG! Come along as we provide you with a CACOPHONY (yes, we dusted off the dictionary for this) of sounds from 6 DJs spread across TWO rooms throughout the night!
In our Main Room you can expect a warm welcome from the lovely and wholesomely familiar (if a little decrepit) Schism crew, who will be on hand throughout the evening to present you with the dulcet tones of AGGRESSIVE Rock and Metal (Yes, we’re aware that’s an oxymoron), as well as the delightful melodies of Pop Punk, Emo, and many other alternative hits. Be sure to go out there and get your head banging so hard that your chiropractor may start to question your life choices!
For our second room, The G:RAVEYARD returns! And this beat pumping burial ground will be in it’s rightful place beside the CHURCH OF MADNESS! At long last Schism gets to share an evening with this delectable long-running Reading goth contingent, as they face-off against G:RAVE to summon the heaviest beats to stomp your feet to in an effort to wake the dead below. This glowing necropolis will be paved with the sounds of industrial, EBM, Synthwave, and enough variations of goth music that Robert Smith may even step forth from the darkest depths to shine beneath the ultraviolet light.

No Halloween night is complete without some nice little treats and trinkets. Upon entry you will be provided with CANDY (yes, including vegan options), GLOW STICKS, and an immediate entry into our COSTUME COMPETITION that could land you with a rather tasty CASH PRIZE! “But, how much?!” I hear your ask. Well, as the population of the night grows as does the final prize money. So, be sure to bring your friends, even if you have to drag them in kicking and screaming…it will only add to the ambience we’re aiming for anyway 😈
