Saboteurs bring their fresh “Funk Junk Punk” sound to Stripped this May
While that may not quite sound like it’s within the remit of a goth focussed night, we have a lot of love for the origins of what’s usually described as post punk here, and Teesside synth punk artists formerly known as Rudi Betamax/DedEx have been reborn as Saboteurs in a vein that’s somewhat reminiscent of factory records artists like A Certain Ratio, but with a contemporary and angular twist to the sound.

The Black Bull is on Mulgrave Terrace right across the dual carriageway from Gateshead Interchange, making it accessible to people from a multitude of areas around the north east (Mileage may vary subject to public transport – the hub’s on the doorstep at least) and the drinks choices include a range of cask, keg and bottled beers, Ciders, Wines, Soft drinks both hot and cold. something for every one of your 5 senses, and quite possibly your sixth as well.
