Oh my god, I’m making a Facebook event page, it’s like it’s 2009 or something.

This seemed like the easiest way to contact you all to let you know that Ryan (of Lust Pattern / Linea Aspera fame – not on Facebook these days) has invited me to disc jockey with him in July. It’s at Spanners in Brixton, 9pm until 3am, £6.

It would be amazing to see you all there. Do share it around to anyone else who I might not be connected with on here. I hardly use Facebook myself to be honest.

Paladin & Lust Pattern playing styles and tunes from across the synthesizer and ‘wave’ spectrum; expect italo disco, minimal synth, post punk, electronic body music and cosmic styles.

Chris Gilbert (Paladin) has produced and played music out under many aliases including Body Party, Chris Flatline and Mild Peril, and ran venerable club nights in London such as EBM and New Beat party Endurance and the Italo Disco leaning Future Brain. His records have been released on labels including Vivod and Per Musica Ad Astra.

Ryan Ambridge (Lust Pattern) has released records on Dark Entries Records both solo and as one half of synth-pop duo Linea Aspera, and has hosted a long running residency on Bristol based radio station Noods.
