Long time DJ in Leeds (Strangeways / Imaginary Friends / Party Party / Bad Sneakers / Don’t Falter) aka gojonnygogogo brings you a night of 80s nostalgia.
Jonny Strangeways first synth pop night was “Sex Dwarf” at Bar Phono in the early 2000s, were you there? (Probably not) along with his regular night Strangeways. Now the promoter behind Mad World brings you a night of Synth Pop classics, Indie, Goth and alternative hits from the 80s.
Jonny Strangeways DJ’d a Synth Pop Silent Disco at Deer Shed last year which went down a storm, so expect a nights of hits and friendly vibes.
Hits will include Erasure, The Cure, Tears for Fears, Blondie, Depeche Mode, Sisters of Mercy, Virgin Prunes, The Smiths, Violent Femmes, OMD, Echo and the Bunnymen, Pixies, Kate Bush, The Beat, New Order and all the music you love!
