/Club /London /Feeling Gloomy – Dark Side of the 80s Special
November 4 @ 22:00 - 03:00 GMT
November means juvenile delinquents letting off fireworks all night and upsetting our pets so come and find haven as we take a dark jump back 4 decades for our Darkside of the Eighties special.
Expect moody and dark favourites from The Cure, Echo & The Bunnymen, Depeche Mode, Joy Division, Kate Bush, Sisters of Mercy, Siouxsie & The Banshees, Bauhaus, Nick Cave, Soft Cell and more!
At Gloom, we welcome the slightly older indie and alt fan, as they join us for a journey through some of the finest sad songs ever committed to vinyl, tape, CD or MP3.
Ease your woes with our eclectic mix of melancholic melodies that you have come to know and love at Feeling Gloomy over the past 18 years as we provide the perfect soundtrack to get you dancing with tears in your eyes.
As well as the aforementioned 80s classics you can also expect to soothe your woeful mood with tracks from the likes of David Bowie, The Smiths, Pulp, Abba, The Clash, Bonnie Tyler, Suede, Blondie, Bruce Springsteen, Human League and much more!
Feeling Gloomy has appeared at numerous festivals during it’s 18 years including Glastonbury, Standon Calling, Reading, Isle of Wight, Latitude, Green Man and more.
