/Club /London /Hellfire London – Launch Party

November 18, 2022 @ 22:30 - 03:00 GMT

£7.70

Back in the day we went Wild at the Wag, powered up with Adrenaline, danced like crazy at Rockscene, Slam, Deranged, Decadance, Loony Toons, Full Tilt and many more at venues like the Astoria, Metros, The Borderline, The Dome, The Intrepid Fox, Gossips.

The London Rock club scene is so rich with history, what we want to do is bring some of that back blending history with the now, with some of the originals. The Electric Ballroom and the one and only Hellfire.

We’ll be having two floors of alternative music.
Floor one: Rock, Metal, Pop Punk, Nu Metal, Goth, Industrial and everything crossover.
Floor Two: Synth City, playing crossover synth based retro rock mixed up with…. well everything, it’s a soundscape you don’t want to miss.

Tickets are £7 in advance available here:

Started in 1992 the Hellfire was a staple on Oxford Street every Saturday night at Oxfords (Later Metros) Pat, Martin, Dodgy Pete and Steve and many guests entertained whoever showed up, it went through a few changes through the years, later becoming Scream before drifting into the nether handing the reigns to Rockscene in the very late 90s, for a time it was one of the homes of the London alternative scene.

The Electric Ballroom began as a busy Irish club playing host to a wide variety of performers including the likes of Jim Reeves. In the past decades, acts such as Sid Vicious, Madness, The Clash, Richard Ashcroft, Snow Patrol, The Killers, Stereophonics, U2, Phil Lynott, The Boomtown Rats, Joy Division, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Public Enemy, Blur, Supergrass, Garbage and The Smiths have drawn huge crowds to the venue. The Ballroom has also hosts some of the best club nights in London from Ultimate Power, to Suicide Girls, Sin City, Section 8, and many, many more. A Hub for the Alternative scene the ballroom has had a busy couple of decades keeping up with Camden Town’s fast paced development still, it’s one of the few original London venues to keep its doors open.
