Riot Gulll is a new regular live music and club night in the seaside 🌊 town of Folkestone, Ken on the South Coast of England.

What is Riot Gulll about, you ask?
💪 Inspired by Riot Grrrl, the 1990s underground feminist punk movement.
🤘 Expect the finest womxn-fronted garage & alt rock + punk live acts from Kent, the UK and beyond.
🎸 Womxn DJs spinning post-punk, indie & alt rock bangers played until 1am right after the bands

🖤 South London based electro-punk duo Shelf Lives is formed of Sabrina Di Giulio from Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 and Jonny Hilliard from Northampton 🇬🇧

They make catchy energetic pop songs that bring the abrasiveness and physicality of punk back to a small, cramped house party setting. Music so rowdy you can practically feel the sweat on the ceiling and the sound of crushed cans under your feet !

👏 Praised by the likes of Gigwise, The Line of Best Fit, Dork and with early support from BBC 6 Music, they’ve already played Glastonbury and supported Skunk Anansie and were just announced as part of the First Fifty for The Great Escape festival in Brighton.
