A day of crafts & food, lego & music to celebrate Chris Au, in aid of Marie Curie, Head’s Above the Waves, Gig Buddies & Safe Foundation.

Come one, come all to celebrate and commemorate our fallen homie!

On the 2nd of March 2020 a great human and friend was taken just days before his 38th birthday by Cancer. Chris Au was one of the most well-known & liked people in the South Wales & UK music scene, with an unrivalled passion for life.

Sadly the pandemic prevents us from truly celebrating his life with the gusto he deserved, but that stops here & now with Wholesome Wreck Fest! A glorious celebration of Chris’s Life & times designed to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer care, Head’s Above the Waves, Gig Buddies and the Safe Foundation.

Starting at 12pm, come down to Cathays Community Centre for craft and art stalls by local creatives, wholesome food, Lego building, and much much more!

Then join us to party the night away at The Moon from 6pm where a selection of the South West & Wales’ best live bands will be ready to rock your socks off, all capped off by bangin’ DJ’s into the early hours!

All are welcome, please share far & wide to help us make this, not just an event for those who were close to Chris, but to put back into the world just some of the energy & love he personified by sharing in the joy of Chris’ passions.
